Banni home is thoughtfully built with natural, locally sourced materials, Cob walls of mud and lime, mud plastering, and natural paints showcase the skills of local artisans while honoring ancient techniques.

Situated on a 500-acre coffee estate, the villa is designed like it's been carved from the earth and surrounding landscape. A traditional entrance portal leads to a central courtyard, around which are arranged three bedrooms and a lounge in a four-leaf clover layout. It's an excellent choice for small group celebrations. You can also tour the Dewan’s estate which has been with our family since 1888. Best part is, it’s just 3.5 hours drive from Bangalore :)
