In de avond wordt u getrakteerd op de zon die ondergaat boven de Mookerheide, te bewonderen vanaf uw privé vlonderterras. Slaap onder een groot koepeldak met alle faciliteiten in huis. Een karaktervolle plek, uniek in Nederland. Hier voelt u zich snel thuis en vindt u de rust die u zoekt. De perfecte setting voor romantische momenten en mindfull genieten. Ideaal voor wandelaars.

Heilig Huisje

In de heuvelachtige omgeving, aan de rand van Nijmegen, staat dit natuurhuisje van 20m2 met een apart slaapkamertje. De zithoek heeft een eenpersoonsslaapbank. De ramen hebben horren. Het hogergelegen huisje kijkt uit over de tuin, het bos en de achtergevel van ons huis. Het ruime erf is afgesloten met een elektrische poort. We bieden veel privacy en wonen aan een prachtige, groene laan, die in de spits wel wat drukker is. Verder is het heerlijk stil. Binnen sowieso. We zijn lhbt+-vriendelijk.

From bedroom one you can walk straight into the garden. The living room and kitchen are adjacent to the attractive and sheltered veranda with hammock.

Very nice studio near the center of Nijmegen

Nicely decorated ground floor studio in one of the most beautiful and centrally located places of Nijmegen-East. You walk to the city center in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.

Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. De Oude Glasfabriek vindt u in de populaire Nijmeegse wijk “Oost”. Het pand is gelegen aan een rustig pad waar u vooral de vogels hoort. Toch ligt het midden in de wijk. Binnen enkele minuten lopen heeft u ruime keuze aan gezellige cafés en restaurants. Het stadscentrum, de Waalkade, de Ooijpolder of de bossen zijn dichtbij. Ook de Radboud Universiteit en de Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) zijn met de fiets binnen enkele minuten bereikbaar.
