Quick access to Highway 89. There's a beautiful 2-hour hike up to a waterfall close by. 30 minutes from Salt Lake City. 30 minutes from Snowbasin ski resort. Many restaurants with-in a few minutes. Our neighborhood is friendly and safe. No pets (including service animals) allowed. (Airbnb has this on record)

Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.
