An open plan style living/dining room bespoke dining table. Oak staircase to the first floor landing, master bedroom with king size bed, velvet padded headboard , a large round window has incredible views, true luxury. A seperate contemporary bathroom room, with a shower over bath, washbasin, wc and a heated towel rail.

Characterful but modern (2017) cottage, sleeps up to 6/7 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms; there is also a 4th bedroom with a single bed. The Hoot House is located in the pretty village of Neen Sollars, within 12 miles of Ludlow . Welsh Marches, Ironbridge and Shropshire Hills are all easily accessible. We welcome up to 2 dogs for which we make a charge of £20 each . Outside, guests have their own patio and large grassed area as well as access to our tennis ct and 40 acres of grounds

The Cidermill is the perfect place for groups. Large communal areas downstairs & outdoors offer lots of space to relax, entertain & let the kids run wild. Based in the heart of rural Herefordshire, we can accommodate up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms. Our calendar opens 9 months in advance, but if you'd like to reserve for further into the future, please get in touch. This working, carbon negative farm has Outstanding views all round with lots of footpaths and offas dyke or just sit back and enjoy the sound of nature. With the church of St Marys and the battle site of 1402 and a the remains of a Saxon castle all at the bottom of hill at Pilleth. The market towns of Presteigne and Knighton 6 miles, Hay on wye, Ludlow and the Elan Valley 20 miles. Everyday is nice 😊

Escape reality in our beautiful canal boat. The Sitting Duck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The boat is situated on a farm, surrounded by fields. Our stylish & cosy hideaway is the ultimate escape where you can re-wild yourself in acres of tranquility. Wander straight out the door onto the mountains taking in some breathtaking views. Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in! (plus we now have an indoor padel ball court for you to exercise your inner Federer!!)
