Our home is just blocks from the lakefront (4 blocks), Wrigley (6 blocks), and the major L-line in Chicago (1 block)...yet, you'd never know it given how peaceful and serene it is! We live here part-time, so rest assured you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Safe and quiet neighborhood with plenty of wildlife right in the back yard. This Mother in Law suite has tons of natural light. For nature lover’s this unit is close to the beach and there are walking trails nearby. Small children maybe heard from 7AM to 8PM.

Our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo has a perfect open layout for any size group that is traveling together. You'll have a ton of open space to share and feel at home, while also choosing from 3 bedrooms to get some privacy as well. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, while the master bedroom also has its own full size private bathroom. Feel free to stay in and cook with our fully equipped kitchen, enjoy the 65 inch Roku TV, and gather around the very large island.

Booking the entire house with 100% privacy. It has 2 driveway parking spaces and street parking. Garage may be available. CHECK-IN and OUT are flexible. I set checkout at 11am (text me if you need late checkout). The space is perfect for a family of 4. It is located about 20 minutes from O'Hare airport and 40 minutes from Chicago downtown. Infants and pets are welcome (please text me for over size pets or more than 2 pets) Play pan is available upon request.

Make yourself at home in our comfy, cozy upstairs apartment! Located in the Portage Park neighborhood of Chicago, we are close to great food, parks, and fun outings! You can get to O'Hare Airport in less than 20 minutes, depending on traffic. And we're about a 25 minute drive to downtown, or about 45 minutes via public transit. We have free street parking on our block!
