Welcome to 'North of 49 Den'...a newly renovated 650 sq ft. home with its own yard, parking, and patio. Situated in the quiet, peaceful town of Treherne. Come relax! Enjoy local nature trails, cycle in the Tiger Hills, visit the Second Chance Car museum, golf locally, swim at the Aquatic Centre, cross country ski at Bittersweet Ski Trails, snowmobile groomed trails, kayak down Assiniboine River or at Pinkerton Lakes and more. 1 bedroom with king bed plus fold out couch. All the necessities.

Jay Hut

Located in Turtle Mountain Provincial Park, our off-grid huts are a great base for adventurers of all ages and abilities year-round. Our huts pack a lot into their small 160 square foot footprint. They feature a modern design, with a wood burning stove, cooking area, eating and sleeping space and storage racks for your gear. Outside the huts there is a deck space, outdoor cooking area, and gear storage for your skis or bikes. Each hut also has it's own outhouse, picnic table and fire pit.

Enjoy one of the most beautiful views that Souris can offer. Our cozy one bedroom loft with a Queen bed and a sofa bed can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. Sit in the balcony facing the iconic Swinging Bridge where you can enjoy the view all year long. You can cross the bridge and enjoy the Souris hospitality and shopping at Crescent Avenue, go exploring the Victoria Park to see our exotic Peacocks or enjoy the swimming pool and picnic areas. Enjoy this huge lot right on the water. In the summer, pull your boat up and have a bonfire in the fire pit. Great for summer retreats, family get togethers, Christmas vacations etc. This 2600 sq/foot house on two levels has large common areas up and down with pool table. Bbq in back yard. Lots of parking. Junior Kayaks and paddle boat you can use at your own risk. We take pride in the property and want it and the neighbors respected! Located in a very private, quiet and super safe area.

Enjoy a stay in a 1928 Sears and Roebuck home on a working ranch! Hunters have enjoyed this ranch since there's plenty of room for gear, and a place to clean game. Families love the space and the animals! We are located approximately 30 miles from the J. Clark Salyer Refuge, a bird lovers paradise; and approximately 60 miles from the International Peace Garden. A great space for family gatherings! If you need more space book the basement also, it is listed as the "LayZtee Addition".
