EVERYTHING is washed after each guest including sheets, towels, All blankets, bed comforters, and even decorative pillow cases. All handles, knobs, remotes and shower are sanitized.

In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

Relaxing water view retreat. Our River House is located in a nature's paradise, and is an animal free property due to the owner’s and their families severe allergies. We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

This lovely, newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath water-front home is situated on a private oasis-like retreat in the middle of a wildlife preserve. Whether you are fishing from the 50-foot seawall (dock up to 2 boats), swimming in the heated fully-screened pool, kayaking into King's Bay right outside our canal hanging out with manatees, or boating in the Gulf of Mexico, there is something for everyone. This house sleeps 10 and is fully set up for a perfect vacation.

There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
