Look out northwards from the rooftop terrace to the Columbia River and Washington mountains, with trains occasionally rumbling by below. Fill the industrial-style interior of soaring ceilings and century-old pillars with the sounds of vintage vinyl. Please inform yourself on updates for Covid 19 in Hood River County prior to travel. License #678 Cool Industrial feel, cement floors, soaring ceilings, 100 year old brick and cement pillars. Modern yet cozy furnishings. There a record player with vintage vinyl. Gourmet kitchen. Fun, hip vibe, right in the middle of town. Walk to everything. The roof top deck is everyone’s favorite. Guests will have access to the entire loft. You'll have street parking permits as well as access to the garage to store bicycles and other important items. We don't provide access to the garage for automobiles due to the risk of providing garage door opener and tight corner for parking (you'll see what we mean). I’m here if you need me. Sense the industrial past of this location by the old train tracks in the center of downtown. Go for a run in the nearby waterfront park, with shops, restaurants, and breweries also nearby. Hit the ski slopes at Mount Hood, only 30 minutes away. Parking for our loft is best just right on the street. We offer meter passes for street parking. It is very important to remember to return these passes upon your departure so the next guests will also have free parking. There is a fine for losing or leaving with the parking passes and not returning them to the loft upon your check out. Walking distance to everything in downtown Hood River and the Columbia River. Great cafes, breweries, wine tasting rooms, and restaurants just minutes away. Double Mountain Brewery and Full Sail Brewery are a block away.

The best of the Gorge is within reach at the Roost! In the charming town of White Salmon, you're a stone’s throw from Everybody’s Brewing and the main street of town. High ceilings and loft-style upstairs create a cozy environment. A perfect respite after a day of adventures! Bedroom mini-splits and radiant floor heating keep you comfortable year-round. Twin Oaks is an updated doublewide home perched on a basalt knoll with 11 beautiful acres overlooking vineyards and the Columbia River. Views include river and gorge to the west and north. In springtime see waterfalls on the Washington cliffs. Located 8 miles east of Hood River, Twin Oaks is near Mosier on scenic Hwy 30. This is in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge, with nearby hiking, biking, watersports, boat ramp, & ski areas. Enjoy the numerous wineries and local microbrews in the area.

Three floor, 1800 SQFT townhouse has high end finishes throughout and view of Columbia River. Just blocks from downtown core. The primary suite, second bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor. 3rd bedroom and living space on 3rd floor. 50 AMP NEMA 14-50 plug in 2 or 3 car tandem garage for charging. Two night minimum, this may be adjusted to more days around holidays and to prevent "orphaned" days. HOA does not allow one night. AirBNB will add city, state and county taxes. STR #551.

This studio is right downtown! Just a block to shops and restaurants, and a ten minute walk to the waterfront. The view from this studio is HUGE. Looking over the rooftops of downtown straight towards the spit, the 180 degree view extends west beyond the mouth of the White Salmon River, and east to the Hood River Bridge. We designed and built our White Salmon Retreat to be a family-friendly, pet-friendly ($20/pet) and therapeutic space set in the trees where your soul can find rest and relaxation. Our Retreat is surrounded by mature Fir, Oak, and Maple trees and frequented by the local wildlife. We are excited to share this space with you. Fully stocked kitchen! We use scent-free laundry soap and cleaning supplies. Washer/Dryer. Deck with fire pit table and gas grill. Nectar mattress is SO COMFORTABLE!

High Prairie Tiny

This rustic tiny house has french doors on both sides that open up to the woods, and to the pasture. Enjoy the fresh air and get cozy. Nearby to COR Cellars and Syncline, the Klickitat Trail along the Klickitat River is great for hiking and gravel biking, and of course - the Columbia for wind surfing and kite boarding. Wifi can be spotty. An additional tiny house is on the property. Approx. 100 ft away. Host lives on site. Caution: house has many levels. Be mindful when you enter!

Cozy Cabin, near Mosier and Hood River #2

Our cozy cabin includes a loft bed, a kitchenette, a wood stove, a full bathroom and televisions with DVDs. Enjoy an enormous, furnished deck overlooking Mosier Creek with a barbecue and a fire pit. Unplug. Enjoy the peace and quiet! We are a hop away from wineries, the Columbia River, and Hood River. We are 54 minutes from Mt. Hood Meadows. One caveat, our Internet sometimes is great, sometimes spotty or sometimes non-existent, depending on the mood of our Starlink satellite.

Niksen House: Scandanvian style Cabin at Mt. Hood

*water pressure issue has been fixed! Niksen House is located just outside of Mt. Hood National Forest, 20 minutes from ski areas and an hour from Portland. The cabin is in a rural residential community and sits next to a 1/2 acre lot giving it an off-the-grid feel with all of the on-the-grid amenities. Many dining options are located just minutes away and the Sandy River is only a 5 minute walk from the cabin. Find us @niksenhouse
