Inside the building you will find a comfortable twin bed with a bedside table as well as a toilet, wash basin and shower, separated from the sleeping area only by a curtain. This place is perfect for an uncomplicated traveler who needs a clean, basic space in a great location right in town!

We are Gold Standard certified. We are two Canadians that sold everything we owned, packed it into a Jeep, and decided to embark on the journey of a lifetime. We built two eco-conscious cabins located in the heart of beautiful Placencia, just minutes walking distance from the beach, pier, restaurants, and local amenities and events. We don't offer A/C, but we do offer a pool and each cabin is equipped with a ceiling fan and a large positionable fan for your comfort.

Three purpose built guest rooms downstairs from my home. They share a veranda with two hammocks for each room. Seahorse is an end room. We are located on a lovely beach with shady palms - in the Garifuna fishing village of Hopkins. Hopkins is a beach village that gives you access to kayaking, snorkeling, diving the barrier reef, jungle treks, and Mayan ruins. Open your room door. Step right out onto the beach.
