Carriage House on the Rock is a two minute walk to Westwood Lake Park that offers world-class mountain bike trails and hiking. A cozy one bedroom carriage house that is fully appointed. A 6km walk around the lake, or if you are feeling adventurous, a 3 hour hike up Mount Benson and its amazing views are nearby. Only three km to downtown, & float planes to Vancouver. Walking distance to VIU, Aquatic Center, and Nanaimo Ice Center. We are centrally located but offer a quiet remote getaway.

Come and enjoy some clean, crisp mountain air! This space can comfortably sleep 6. This is a hobby farm setting with, chickens, ducks, sheep, goats, peacocks and a pig.

Fully private with its own entryway, it also has a kitchenette, spacious living area, and outdoor dining area w/ BBQ and outdoor seating. Optional add on of a private Forest Sauna for up to 6 people.
