A charming one-bedroom suite in a rural neighborhood 10 minutes by car from downtown Hudson. Your rental is a private, independent unit next to the main house. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, electric fireplace and a private backyard with a grill, firepit and pool (June to Sept.). If we are around, we give you privacy. Explore our 14 acres of lush forest and creeks, take a bubble bath in the clawfoot tub, soak in the jacuzzi, play mini pool, and collect fresh organic eggs from the chickens. Free on-site parking, excellent cell reception & wifi. Please note, we're no longer serving breakfast - visit our restaurant Ace of Cups (inside Tubby’s) & receive free dumplings instead!

Hiker's nest

This is a cozy room with private forest views and all the basic amenities (small kitchenette). We are located next to the entrance of Mount Beacon park (the free Loop Bus from the station drops you on our corner), a three-minute walk to the trail entrance, and a 25 minute walk to the train station and Main Street. The room is attached to the main house, but you have your own entrance with code access. We live in the main house, so we are here to answer questions or help with your stay.

the farmhouse suite @barn & bike

A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with your own entrance in a beautiful early American eyebrow colonial. The mid-century farmhouse style is highlighted by a darling kitchenette. And don't forget the bathroom hot steam shower! Please note the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

It has its own deck accessible by a sliding glass door where you can enjoy sunrises and soak in the peaceful views.
