A historic hideaway built in 1737 nestled just outside the city of Hudson. Featuring a full kitchen, spacious living room and bath on the main floor and a lofted, light-filled bedroom on the second. Enjoy evenings nestled by the wood stove, or get out and explore the four acre property. The city of Hudson is an easy 5 minute drive, take in the Hudson food and drink scene and explore the dozens of antique stores. We look forward to welcoming you!

Swan Cottage with Expansive Hudson River Views

The Swan Cottage was built in 1923 and was fully renovated in 2020. The idyllic location, on a bluff overlooking the Hudson River, is the perfect perch to relax and get away from it all. The front porch is a nice spot to have a cup of coffee and watch the sailboats on the river, while the huge wraparound porch affords terrific views of the river as well as the forest that gives this home a feeling of being high in the tree tops.

Welcome to your Catskills escape. Our cozy cabin is 5 minutes from Hunter Mountain and 15 from Windham. It sits right on a creek, with a private deck overlooking the water perfect for coffee in the morning or a drink at night. In fall you get peak foliage, in winter it’s all about first tracks, and in summer you’re close to hiking and swimming holes. Only ~2 hours from NYC, it’s an easy getaway with fresh air and no stress.
