Nos encontramos en el bosque, en el corazón de la Sierra de Aitana, a 1000mts de altitud; zona de reserva natural, con ciervos en libertad, águilas, búhos, jabalies, arruis, perdices y más animales silvestres. La cabaña de madera esta totalmente equipada y aislada de tal manera que es perfecta para disfrutar en invierno y verano. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
