Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

One room cabin, located at an elevation of 9000’, with a kitchen and 3/4 bathroom. We are close to Golden Gate Canyon state park, where you can snowshoe, hike, mountain bike & more. 35 min to Boulder, 30 to Golden, 30 to Casinos in Black Hawk, 60 to DIA 3 restaurants, a liquor store, coffee shop and convenience store close by.
