Blue and sea vol2 is an ideal holiday home. The house is literally on the sea. It's comfortable and bright, with rest areas. On its large veranda-balcony you can enjoy the view and relax. It is close to Koutsouras, Makrygialos where there are Super Markets and restaurants, coffee shops etc. Near to home there are the organized beaches of Achlia, Galini, Agia Fotia. Nearby villages for exploring the mountains Oreino, the Shinokapsala, and the famous Dasaki of Koytsoyra with a local taverna.

Καινούριο σπίτι στο κέντρο της πόλης του Αγίου Νικολάου. Ευρύχωρο για 3 άτομα , με όλες τις ανέσεις για μια αξέχαστη διαμονή. Η πλατεία του Αγίου Νικολάου απέχει 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια και 1 λεπτό η παραλία. Δίπλα από το σπίτι υπάρχει οργανωμένο πάρκινγκ όπου μπορείτε να παρκάρετε με μικρό κόστος . This is a fully renovated 37 m2 apartment literally on the beach. -It is located in the very peaceful village of Tertsa (91km south of Iraklion and 25km west of Ierapetra), in front of which lies a quiet beach. -There are 3 taverns and a small grocery store. -The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. - The bedroom has one double bed and one bunk bed (not really recommended for adults) -Free Wi-Fi -A/C -CAR IS MANDATORY -We expect you to treat the house as it were yours :)

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
