Agmashenebeli Central Square, Colchis Fountains and McDonald's. Cozy Villa provides 5 independent bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen within the sitting and TV room area. It has a charming big veranda and a private, secured yard as well including free internal parking for the visitor cars.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 3 king-size double beds. One room has a separate toilet, and the second toilet is also located in the large living room. The apartment is also air-conditioned. Each room has its own balcony, with a total of 4 balconies per floor. A new, stylish kitchen is available for communal breakfast and dinner. The house has all the necessary appliances and household items. Apartments have a AC only in Living room, wich is enough for the whole apartment.

The Tower is suitable for everyone who’s passionate about nature and the sounds of waterfalls and rivers. Located in Imereti, the wine region surrounded by mountains and rivers. At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed. The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view.

Its the historical area of the city, only 150 m from Colchis fountain. For my guests I can organize car renting, also can provide some trips by car. and can pick up from the airport anytime.
