Enjoy a quiet Oak Island vacation at this mid-century modern beach house. 60's surf vibe with a perfect third row location for families with walkable, low traffic access to the beach and sound. The beach at the access by the house is typically not crowded even on holidays. The sound access nearby is frequented by kayakers/paddle-boarders. Historic Southport and Wilmington are nearby (25 and 40 min respectively) with just over an hour drive to Myrtle Beach. Mid-June-Aug Sun-Sund stays only.

The island is filled with local restaurants that never disappoint. The home is cozy with a large front porch with rocking chairs and a side screened porch with gas grill. A great place for relaxation, enjoy some alone time or family time. Some new updates have recently been done to the Living room, Dining/Sun Porch area the lake view from inside the house is even better than before! There are two different shelters on the pier where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets. You are driving distance from the state park where you can enjoy hiking. There are several spots around the lake for good fishing. Grocery store, variety store and gas station are near by.

Inter coastal waterway Beautiful views very quiet

Beautiful little 3 bedroom house sitting on the Intercoastal waterway. Huge screened in porch overlooking the water. Private pier to go fishing. Internet and washer and dryer included. Very quiet neighborhood. Recently remodeled. At this moment the pier does not have handrails and is under construction, small children should be careful. Also please do not use house towels on the beach that put too much sand in the washer and dryer ..
