La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

Le grandi vetrate permettono di ammirare il mare che si estende all’infinito e regalano lo spettacolo mozzafiato dei tramonti infuocati. Ogni stanza è pensata per garantirvi tranquillità: dal letto, dalla cucina o dal soggiorno, potrete ascoltare il suono delle onde che si infrangono sulla riva e che creano una colonna sonora naturale che accompagnerà ogni vostro momento di relax. Casa nel borgo

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
