The Sugar House on Maple Hill Road was once the site of a traditional Sugar House. The post and beams, wooden ceiling boards, 26 foot ceiling enhances the interior beauty. The house sits on 7 acres of woods with a small stream. Stowe Mountain Resort, The Trapp Family Lodge, Smugglers Notch, Long Trail, are just a few of the near by points of interest. Other activities near by include biking, fly fishing, golf, the Rail Trail. Stowe, Morrisville , Johnson, Hyde Park are just minutes away

Rent the entire house. Large primary bdrm w/ private bath and 2 bdrms that accommodate 4 people w/ a shared full bath, one bonus room with pull out couch. Updated kitchen, propane stove (looks like a wood stove) covered porch, exercise room, games, fully equipped kitchen, hot tub (available from Memorial Day till Thanksgiving), outdoor fire pit, all on 8 acres. Located centrally to three ski resorts, mountain biking, hiking , kayaking, swimming, you name it. An inviting home in any season!

This 'organic-modern' 1883 home is located in the South End of Burlington, a hub of art, food, boutiques, yoga, craft beer, and coffee. It offers free on-site parking and is sun-filled. Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
