Large sun room extends the entire length of the back of the house upstairs for a beautiful view of the lake. Relax with a cold beer and watch sunset from dock over lake. Home is conveniently located half way between Memphis and Nashville (about an 1.5 hours from each). The house is perfect for special events such as family reunions.Or just come out for the weekend with that special someone and spend some quality time together. The Loft on Court is a downtown loft apartment with a unique style that's bound to impress. Having been vacant since the 70's, it was first renovated as a boutique retail space in 2012. After 10 years of success, the owners felt that it was time to downsize and create a rental space for others to enjoy. The retail space is still located below with home accessories, seasonal decór, and clothing.

Mother-in-law’s quarters is a private space attached to main house with front and back covered porches and private entrance with NO STAIRS. Porch and grill are available to guests.
