The apartment has a creative multi level design with four nice rooms with big windows - one of which is bedroom. Very nice kitchen and bathroom. Doorway from kitchen to the communal garden. There is also a front garden with comfortable seating. The neighbourhood north of Copenhagen named Ordrup - a quiet and friendly place. Lots of green areas around. 800 meters to the ocean and forest,800 meters to shops, 600 meters to the station which takes you to Cph Center in 15 minutes. Beautiful place

Tæt på s-tog, København, natur & indkøbsmuligheder

Med denne dejlige lejlighed med balkon, er du både tæt på København og naturen. Der er få minutters gang til stationen, hvor der går direkte tog til København hver 10 minut. Med et par minutters gang er du ved Lyngby Sø, hvor man nyde skoven og søen. Lige uden for døren er der flere forskellige supermarkeder og en lille café. Dyrehaven ligger ca. 2 km herfra mens der kun er 3 km til Øresund og stranden. Der er indkøbsmuligheder indenfor 2 km og Gentofte S-tog station ligger ca. 1,2 km fra lejligheden, med direkte togforbindelse til København (19 min)

Centralt beliggende i Charlottenlund ligger denne 1-vær på 42 kvm med en ugenert udsigt mod øst, over Ordrup Park. 5 min til de to hoved-indkøbsstrøg i Charll, 10 min til stationen og yderligere 15 min, så befinder du dig i centrum af Cph. Tæt på skov og strand, Charll skov, Dyrehaven etc. Sengen er 160x200 cm og er en ny Dunlopillo seng,- med en stor dobbelt dyne. PPS: Og der må naturligvis ikke ryges i min lejlighed. Ved ikke hvor jeg ellers skal skrive det :)

Welcome to our apartment in Charlottenlund near the sea and Bakken! Totally new renovated and top modernised with dishwasher, washing machine new bathroom and kitchen all is new! Enjoy your stay with good view from balcony, near to station 3 minutes to walk S train station, 1 minutes to buss stop, restaurants near to walking distance, shopping as well. No pets. Parties are not allowed. Only for calm people!
