Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Keuka Lake view cottage located half way between Hammondsport and Penn Yan on the East side of the lake. This is a year round guest house that was rebuilt in 2019-2020. It has a beautiful lake view from inside the house and from the front porch, we do not provide direct lake access. Location to launch your boat 1/2 mile away, walk to 2 wineries & 1 distillery, 1/2 mile to The Switzerland Inn & Keg & Barrell. We are also close to Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake.

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

This property sleeps up to 6 guest, has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a large day room that can act as a 3rd.

You must see the finest Keuka style home, and experience the life...Sleeps 4 in two separate bedrooms (one king bed - one queen) - and a full size bed for 2 additional people in the ladder accessible loft area. Need more space? Check out the house next door (Finger Lakes Most Welcome Home) (sleeps 8 in three separate bedrooms - plus one bath, kitchen. living room and covered deck) Sparkling hot tub is emptied & sanitized prior to your arrival.

This waterfront cottage with 50’ of private lake frontage has incredible views of Seneca Lake and its amazing sunrises.

There are literally steps between the back deck and the waterfront! We are in the heart of wine country- with access to over 40 wineries that call Seneca Lake home. Our location has all the best the Finger Lakes region has to offer- restaurants, vineyards, water fun, and the best views!
