Kom hem till en uteplats med eldstad i söderläge. Stugan inbjuder till umgänge med familjen, matlagning och spel. Dagen avrundas bäst i den vedeldade bastun med fjällutsikt. Welcome to our villa by the sea. Enjoy fantastic nature,sea,northern lights, walk on the ice without disturbing lights from the city. Sauna or why not a bath. About 16 minutes by car to Luleå C. bus connections are available but are limited and a car is preferred. Remember that you are renting our home, we appreciate it if you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived❤️ For questions you are welcome to contact us. House by lake & ski resort in Swedish Lapland

We are renting out our house in Kåbdalis (Swedish Lapland). You will have a fully equipped house, over 130 square meters, all for yourself. The house is located close to a lake with fishing possibilities (pike and perch). You can rent a boat from us in the summer. The forrest is surrounding the house so you can easily go for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms, and you are only a few hundred meters to a ski resort for skiing and renting snowmobiles.

Nice cottage in a rural setting near the coast

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

Villan är nyligt renoverad med nytt rymligt kök och badrum på entréplan samt nybyggd bastu, tvättstuga och gillestuga på källarplan. Trevlig uteplats och grönyta i söderläge där man sommartid kan umgås, grilla, spela spel och plocka äpplen i det stora äppelträdet. Parkering med motorvärmare. Välkomna!

Nybyggd och fullt utrustad stuga på Dundret med perfekt läge – endast ca 150 m till skidbackar, längdspår och skoterleder. Njut av fantastisk utsikt över skidbacken från ovanvåningens allrum med balkong. Här finns allt du behöver: diskmaskin, kaffemaskin, komplett köksutrustning och en avkopplande bastu efter en aktiv dag. En bekväm fjällvistelse året runt!

Northern Lights exclusive house by the river

This exclusive house by the Luleå river is located 9km outside Boden centrum on an island called Kusön not far from the famous Tree Hotel and Artic bath. The House is top standard, built in 2017 If you want silence and a chance to experience northern lights in winter or midnight sun during summer from the hot tub under the sky this is the place.

Friluftshuset vid Snöberget

This Nordic-style house, typical of northern Sweden, is set in a peaceful, natural environment. Its remote location provides clear skies for viewing the northern lights, and the surrounding area is home to both moose and reindeer. Nearby, the Snöberget Nature Reserve offers further opportunities to explore the the landscape.
