The warm seaside apartment is located in the heart of Tallinn and is right next to the beautiful Old Town, the harbour and to everything that the romantic and medieval city of Tallinn has to offer. Its location gives you the opportunity to stroll and wonder around the Old Town, go sightseeing, take a culinary voyage - drink wine in Toompea and enjoy dessert in Neitsitorn, explore museums, theatre, music, architecture, culture, nightlife and much more to spend quality time in this historic city.

Queen bed, free parking, remote work

The 36m2 studio in the city center is located in a recently built modern house. It features a queen sized double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and remote working abilities with a sit-stand desk (+27" external monitor). Free parking is available in a private underground garage. City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. Cosy eco-friendly retro style studio in peaceful, one of the most trendy areas in Tallinn, near by Telliskivi Creative Center. NB! Check-out time is 12.00. Check-in time is 15.00 - 19.00 NB! A new, bright & well designed apartment in Tallinn. Transportation to the city center takes about 15 min. , grocery stores, restaurants and shopping centers are located nearby. This cosy apartment is located on the 9th floor of a new building (2024). 1 parking spot in garage. Next to the house you will find a nice playground. The place has most of the things you may need: bed sheets, towels, dishes, cooking possibilities, coffee, tea, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, TV, free Wi-Fi.

A 10-minute drive from the Tallinn Old Town, great public connections to the city center and old town.
