Die Ferienwohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einem Schlafzimmer (mit Doppelbett) sowie einem Schlafsofa. Im EG befindet sich eine Sauna, die von allen Gästen des Hauses genutzt werden kann. Vom Balkon aus schauen Sie direkt ins Tal, auf die Bobbahn sowie die Panoramabrücke Winterberg. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit Auto dauert es nur wenige Minuten. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz kann genutzt werden.
