Everyman's House in Westnedge Hill

Located in Westnedge Hill right on the edge of downtown. Just 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. It's a 1926 Colonial with a rich history. Well taken care of and very loved. The house has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.

Copper Ridge Inn

Copper Ridge Inn is a private guest house on Carlson Farms, a 250-acre working farm. You will love the tranquility of the private lot that the house sits on with views of the farm across the street. The house includes four bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, and several living spaces, including a garage bar (not temperature controlled) (the only TV in the house is located in the garage). The private back yard porch is perfect for relaxing.

The best breakfast spot and Italian restaurant in town are right across the street :-) A bakery/coffee shop, yoga studio, laundromat, bodega and salon are all less than a minutes' walk away. This cozy home is a short drive from downtown, WMU, K College, the airport, and Air Zoo. It's also near many restaurants, bars, and breweries. It’s located in the City of Kalamazoo so guests should expect normal city sounds.

Tranquil lake living! The Water’s Edge is a great way to enjoy the lake. It is right on the water with kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and a canoe to venture out with. The hot tub accommodates 6 people. The sunroom has beautiful views as well as a couple of beds that can be used if the weather is nice. There is nothing better than falling asleep to lake sounds and a pleasant breeze! Please no college partyers.
