A cosy 75m2 house , on the beach front of Faros , a quiet coastal village , very close to the airport. Ideal for families or couples that seek relaxing holidays , without stress . It's the ground floor of a 2-storey house , designed by a well-known Ikarian architect . Faros has a sandy beach with crystal clear water. There is a mini market , a few tavernas and beach bars. The view of the Eastern Aegean and Fourni islands is breathtaking !

Relax in the vibes of a fishing village at a spacious modern island studio apartment. Great views to the marina and short walk to village and the beach. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

The houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables.

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.

This cozy spot used to be my grandma’s summer home, and now it mixes traditional charm with all the modern comforts to make your stay super relaxing. In the heart of nature 6km from Pythagorio, Samos

Villa Maravellia was built in 1932. It is a neoclassical house and served as the Italian Headquarters during WWII. With Olive, Citrus and Cypress trees in its surroundings the villa is an ideal nature escape only 7 mins (by car) from Samos International Airport and 10 mins from the picturesque and vibrant village of Pythagorio .

The kitchen has all you might need, the king size bed has new hypoallergenic aloe vera mattress and pillows. Air condition is of course available free of charge.
