POLICE WILL BE CALLED BY NEIGHBOURS, IF NUMBER OF GUESTS IS NOT CORRECT AND IF NOISE LEVEL IS LOUD. Spa pool, BBQ over looking Lake Karapiro. Large kitchen. TV. Free wifi. A few host items will be in the house and kitchen. 40mins to the black water rafting in Waitomo Caves. 25mins from Hobbiton and the set of the lord of the rings.

Karapiro Lake Views

Karapiro Lake View is an 8 year old modern 4 bedroom home overlooking the lake and the international Rowing course. Boat ramp and swimming 200 m away at the end of the street, and the rowing course and cafe are 5 minutes walk just the other side of the Karapiro dam. 2 canoes, paddles and lifejackets, sunny outdoor decks, BBQ and fantastic views make this a special place to relax. Also a concept 2 rowing machine, and 2 bicycles. 1.5 hrs from AKL Airport - perfect after an international flight

Beautiful 1 bedroom stand alone cottage that can sleep 4. A private oasis on a rural property surrounded by trees with views of rolling paddocks and farm animals. Full kitchen with all you need. Or a short drive to town will serve you with plenty of local eateries and takeaway options. One spacious bedroom with a queen bed and access to the deck. Located in the heart of trendy, central neighbourhood - Hayes Paddock. Built in 1930 this bungalow house has been beautifully renovated, maintaining it's original character. Both bedrooms have memory foam mattresses (1 king, 1 double). Award winning Cafe, Hayes Common, is just a stones throw away and a short stroll to restaurant precinct Grey St (Home to the Original Duck Island Ice Cream store). River walks and the path to the world famous Hamilton Gardens are at your doorstep.

Sit back and enjoy sensational views of the Wairere Falls from various spots in our farm cottage which is situated in the heart of the Kaimai Ranges. The well renowned Wairere Falls walking track is only 3km from the cottage for those keen to get out and enjoy the beautiful nature walk. Opal Hot Springs is a 5-minute drive and the best way to relax and unwind. Matamata is a 12-minute drive with excellent food options and various tour bus options out to the Hobbiton movie set.

Has foam mattresses for groups up to 11 as well as a portacot. Please be aware of electric fences on driveway( but not near house surroundings )
