Rózsafaház

A Rózsafaház egy modernizált alpesi faház a kőszegi Szabó-hegyen, az Írottkő Natúrpark területén, mely aszfaltos és erdei úton megközelíthető. A házat erdőkert öleli körbe, ahol gondozott a zöldfelület, kerti sütögető tisztás, játszótér áll rendelkezésre. Az épület panoráma-terasszal rendelkezik, ahonnan remek kilátás nyílik a Dunántúl és a Kőszegi-hegység irányába is. A ház konyha-étkező-háló helyiségből (kandallóval) és zuhanyzós fürdőszobából áll, valamint az emeleten háló galéria található.

Welcome to our little farm As our guest, you'll sleep with a view of the forest and meadows, relax in the garden sauna, and shower in the cozy cabin. The wood-burning stove keeps the cabin nice and warm. There's plenty of room for culinary creativity: wood-burning stove, induction cooktop, pizza/bread oven, or barbecue. The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

Vendégházunk Szattán, egy apró őrségi faluban található. A házikóhoz tartozik egy szauna, kert tűzrakóhellyel, közvetlenül a ház alatt pedig a falu gyümölcsöskertje terül el. A konyha sütővel, főzőlappal, kis hűtővel, kotyogós kávéfőzővel és vízforralóval felszerelt. A főzéshez és étkezéshez minden szükséges eszközt megtaláltok. Az alábbi díj a helyszínen fizetendő: A faluban az idegenforgalmi adó mértéke 18 év felett 400 Ft/fő/ éj. Szauna használatának díja felfűtésenként 10000 Ft.

Fürdőszoba, fürdőkád, mosdó, külön WC-vel. Internet. Padló parkettás, a többi mázas kerámia padlóburkolat. A bejárat zárt folyosóról nyílik. Elektromos kapunyitó + csengő. Földszinten kapun belül postaláda. Az ablakok Körmend főterére néznek. Kisállat nem engedélyezett. Nem dohányzó lakás.

Dőlj hátra és lazíts ezen a nyugodt, város központtól kb. 800 m - re eső helyen, az Őrség kapujában Körmenden. Barátságos lakrészt kínálok egy családi ház első, teljesen különálló részében (egy szoba, konyha és zuhanyzós fürdőszoba). A kert közös terület, de mégis különálló. Ideális 2 felnőtt részére a szállás, de ha szükséges, akkor egy gyerek még fotelágyon tud aludni. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
