Willkommen in unserem schönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus bietet ein Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei kleinere Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer auf insgesamt 125 Quadratmetern. Die voll ausgestattete Küche lädt zum Kochen ein, während das geräumige Wohnzimmer zum Entspannen verleitet. Der 300 Quadratmeter große umzäunte Garten ist perfekt für Gäste mit Hund und gesellige Abende auf der Terrasse. In toller Lage gelegen, bietet unser Ferienhaus die perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe und Nähe zu lokalen Attraktionen!!!

Haus Kordula

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

Luxemburg ist in wenigen Minuten per PKW zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Haustüre starten Rad- Wanderwege. Im direkten Umfeld gibt es viele weitere Freizeit, Kultur- und Sportmöglichkeiten. Das im Garten gelegene, neu renovierte Gästehaus, mit Terrasse und separatem Haus-Eingang, ist für max. 4 Personen geeignet.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.
