Garden annex, Lovely location Perfect holiday base

This delightful garden annex has everything you would need for a relaxed stay in Wiltshire. Set in a large private garden, with views of the woods behind, you will find your stay a peaceful and enjoyable one. This one bedroom annex has a king size bed, with the option of a day bed which converts to a single bed. We also provide a TV, DVD Player & books and games for your entertainment. The annex also has its own self contained kitchen, with tea/coffee making facilities, as well as a minibar.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

The Cabin

A rustic, secluded self contained Cabin beside a lake, set in the heart of rural Wiltshire. Take yourself back to nature and enjoy far reaching views in this peaceful off-grid setting. Enjoy stargazing around the fire pit and snuggle down in front of the log burner. We're veggies here so we ask that no meat is cooked on the premises, this includes inside the cabin itself as well as in the South Barn space. There is a good outdoor bbq for meat lovers though! Thank you.

Kellaways House Cottage

Kellaways House Cottage is located in the small village of East Tytherton, Wiltshire close to the nearby market towns of Chippenham and Calne in the north of the county. Its rural setting provides a tranquil atmosphere without being too far from local amenities. The area is popular with walkers and cyclists, but if you want a bit more excitement, it is also perfectly situated to explore places further a feld in Wiltshire, East Somerset and the South Cotswolds.

Secluded studio annex, dog friendly, Wiltshire

A lovely self contained single storey annex located in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside. Just 15 minutes from the M4 with easy access and plenty of parking. Ideal for exploring the National Trust village of Lacock or taking in views on some of the many dog walks in the area. The property is well equipped with everything you might need for an enjoyable visit. Full kitchen, Bathroom, Smart TV with Netflix, Disney + and WIFI.

A self contained studio with own private entrance, great views overlooking the Wiltshire downs and the Cherill White Horse. A super king sized bed or 2 single beds if requested. There is an ensuite bathroom and small alcove with tea and coffee making facilities, Nespresso machine, small fridge and microwave oven (not proper kitchen). The annexe is a recently renovated self-contained 1-bedroom apartment in a town centre location, ideally situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac and includes an allocated parking space. The property is completely separate from the main house with a private entrance and outside space available on the sun terrace in our private garden.

A perfect base in rural Wiltshire, bordering the Cotswolds, for visiting Stonehenge, Lacock, Castle Combe, Avebury, the Cotswolds, Salisbury Cathedral and Bath as well as the many other delights the area has to offer. Whether walking, cycling or sightseeing The Tiny Barn is ideally located in the hamlet of Studley.

Facing south, the room is a newly refurbished en-suite guest room situated in the peaceful village of Rudloe not far from the beautiful market town of Corsham. There is a café just around the corner which is open until 2 pm, Monday to Friday Parking for one vehicle and free WI-FI are available
