The Tiny Apartment has 20m2 on the groundfloor with a small single kitchen, 3 bar stools and a small bathroom with a shower. On the first floor an L-shaped room, 30m2 with a big table, a double bed and a sleeping sofa. Ideal for one or two persons. A third person can sleep on the small sofa. The spiral staircase is tiny and not appropriate for small children, elderly people or dogs. The farmhouse is idyllically located in the middle of the fields and close to the forest. 15 Min from Aachen away

Dazu eine moderne Küche, ein schickes Bad mit Fenstern und eine möblierte Terrasse. Private Gegenstände sind auf ein Minimum reduziert. 5 Min. Fußweg bis Eurogress oder Tivoli, 15 Min. zum Rathaus/Dom.

Der Zugang liegt im Untergeschoss des Hauses und ist über den Garten zugänglich. Es handelt sich um eine Souterrainwohnung mit großen bis zum Boden reichenden Fenstern. Der Übernachtungspreis ist für zwei Personen und Familien mit Kleinkindern ausgewiesen. Einzelpersonen bekommen von mir auf Anfrage einen Rabatt.

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away.
