Bird Song se nalazi na plodnom poljoprivrednom zemljištu na Kinchela Creeku, samo nekoliko kilometara od Hat Heada i South West Rocks na srednjoj sjevernoj obali. Udaljen je samo 10 minuta od Pacific Highwaya i idealno je mjesto za zaustavljanje ili opuštajući vikend. Naša kuća na farmi ima panoramski pogled na seosku stranu i potok. Gostinjska kuća s 2 spavaće sobe i jednim kupatilom nalazi se pored naše kuće na povišenoj terasi koja okružuje bazen. Naša farma ima krave, konje, pse, patke iz slobodnog uzgoja, piliće i purane.

I naše crvene i zelene kočije su po uzoru na balkon s tramvajskim automobilom Izgrađen od strane velikih istočnih željeznica u Engleskoj 1884. godine. Tramvajski automobil je izgrađen za Wisebec do Upwell linije. Diane i ja smo izgradili ovaj jedinstveni smještaj od temelja s pogledom na željezničku liniju Sjeverne obale NSW-a. Dvije kočije se nalaze 90 metara od naše kuće i smještene su kako bi vam pružile vlastitu privatnost.
