Modern A-Frame Cabin - Luxury in a small and efficient package. You will love this tiny living experience. There are other rental properties but we have taken great efforts to make each unit feel private. Creek bed access is minutes from your door. Designed for two people but up to three guests can be accommodated with a queen bed and a twin sized trundle.

Beautiful, Cozy Greenwood Cabin with Glacier Views

Our cabin offers year-round access to outdoor adventures and is the perfect place to unplug and recharge. Our cabin has a special meaning to us and a special feel that we wish to share with you. Love Winter sports? Nordic Skiing and/or snow machines? The local road authority (Kenai Borough) keeps the roads to the Cabin clear of snow, most of the time.

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.

Oceanfront Inn Duplex (Upstairs Suite)

A single private unit located upstairs in a two-story duplex. The suite includes two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living/dining area with couch and table, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes and basic cookware. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, no bathtub. Each suite also features a private balcony with the best view in Seward! Access to a shared hot tub, (extra fee), is included with rental of this unit

Coffee House Cottage

Adorable cottage in the back yard of the local historic coffee house. This custom tiny home was built to take in the grand, south-facing views. Our cottage is in the perfect location in downtown Seward, but it's also privately situated in the backyard and is protected from tourist traffic. Every detail has been considered when putting together this artistic space, and we're excited to share it with you!

This custom log home boasts cathedral ceilings, stunning lake views, a large covered deck with a grill, trout fishing and a beach full of perfect skipping rocks. The cabin sleeps a total of 7 guests. It's a perfect location for families or couples to enjoy nature as well as each other.

Take it easy at this unique and (mostly) peaceful getaway. Experience Moose Pass, great hiking trails, world class fishing on the Russian river, or Seward's Resurrection Bay. We are easy to find - right on the Seward Hwy. The cuteness of the house and the gorgeous mountain view, takes your mind off the gravel yard. :) We now have Wi-Fi!!
