Sweet Suite!

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

Spacious 500 square ft. guest suite, five steps down from private at- grade garden entry, within our beautiful 1904 Dutch colonial on a quiet street in lovely Alameda. The space has standard 8ft ceilings, plenty of natural light with 6 full size windows and a patio space in our lovely garden. Amenities include Roku TV, kitchenette appliances but not a full kitchen. The Queen bed and the full size sofa bed can sleep a family of 4. Easy walk to public transit, restaurants, shops and parks.

Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, it's only a short 2-minute walk from El Cerrito Del Norte BART station, 3 stops from UC Berkeley and a direct 40min train ride to San Francisco. Five minute walk to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Amenities include your own kitchen, Wi Fi, private bathroom and free parking.

One full sized bed, mini-kitchenette, drawers, hangers, large shower, separate bathroom, beautiful garden area. Black out blinds for skylights and window for those sensitive to light.
