Situated between the towns of Killarney and Killorglin in the Reeks District, this unique place has something for everyone.

The Grove Cottage is a charming 19th-century farmhouse that has been in my family since the late 1800's. Set in peaceful countryside just minutes from Killarney and on the doorstep of Killarney National Park, it's the perfect base for hiking, cycling, fishing, exploring Dingle, the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara. Guests love the tranquil rural setting combined with easy access to Killarney's shops, restaurants, and attractions. A warm Irish welcome and a true home away from home awaits.

Gap of Dunloe Shepherd's Cottage

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. Nestled in the heart of Gap of Dunloe Glacial Valley, Beaufort, Killarney on the Ring of Kerry, spend some quiet time in our lovingly restored 1800s cottage. The accommodation comprises of one King bed downstairs, a mezzanine with 2 single beds and second mezzanine with one single bed, both accessed by ladder. Cottage is Off Grid, lights and fridge are solar powered,. Cooker, hot water, heating and shower are powered by gas.

It is the ideal base for touring, The Reeks District,The Wild Atlantic Way, Ring of Kerry, Killarney, Dingle and much more. Sit by the open fire in the evening and check out the starry skies. Enjoy Walks, golf, fishing, horse riding and 5 blue flag beaches nearby. The Reeks District is an adventure playground.

This bright, airy cottage set out over two floors, has 3 big bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 adults; making it ideal for couples, small groups or families. The property has been completely updated to include a new kitchen with open plan dining, three new bathrooms and very tasteful décor & furnishings. Electric heating through out New Slatted roof which replaced the original thatched roof Large lawns front & rear where children can play safely, or just relax in the serenity of the garden

Mountain Ash Cottage

The stone cottage which is over 250 years old has been recently renovated and retains its traditional style: stone and white-washed walls, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. There are also modern conveniences: heating, Wifi, TV with Netflix and fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a vaulted ceiling and the bathroom. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom. Outside guests have their own patio and garden area with seating

Courtyard cottages overlooking lakes, Killarney

Ideally located only 2 km from Killarney town, adjoining The Killarney National Park, with genuine easy and direct 24 hours access to it and it's walking and bike trails. Enjoy an early morning lakeside walk or run in the most scenic part of the Park. The cottage overlooks the lakes, situated on 30 acres of private grounds. A shop, pubs and restaurants only 5 minute walk. The INEC is only a 1 km walk away along the promenade, Please note this cottage does not have level access.

Muckross cottage

A luxurious, newly built two bedroom house located 3.6 km from muckross house & 6km from Killarney town center. It is the perfect getaway for a peaceful weekend, deep in the heart of muckross. Surrounded by various wildlife & farm animals. The Gleneagle INEC is a quick 3km trip away along with many hotels on the muckross road. Other nearby sight seeing locations include torc waterfall, muckross abbey, ladies view & Ross castle. Horse & cart tours can be arranged with notice.

The Coach House at The Priory Killarney

Built in 1822 the beautifully restored Priory Coach House and Courtyard to The Priory. The Coach House has two floors with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, the downstairs is an open plan with wood burning stove, modern kitchen, spiral staircase to the bedrooms. Very charming and cozy. Walking distance from the town centre. Set on the door step of Killarney National Park. The cottages are tucked into a very beautiful and quite walled courtyard setting.
