As a tight knit neighborhood, we will be alerted if house rules are not obeyed . We love treating guests with special touches upon request. Additional amenities, for a fee, can enhance the enjoyment of your stay.

Keep in mind this is a basement apartment and has its own private entrance around the back through the side alley next to the garage, does not have cooking capabilities, nevertheless, we have a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and a small fridge. The first and second floor of the house is also an Airbnb. Parties are not allowed. Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment, smoking is permitted outdoors.
