Train and bus services within a 3 minute walk.

Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Located on the lower level of a private dwelling, this self - contained facility (including separate bathroom/toilet - upgraded Nov 2022), is situated in a private garden setting. Suitable for 2 – 3 people, the living area is bright and welcoming. An off street parking bay is available with entry to the facility only metres away. The kitchenette includes a microwave, electric jug, toaster and fridge. Introductory, tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided.

Our family home is in Birkenhead on Auckland's North Shore with sensational harbour and bush views The separate, self-contained apartment has a full kitchen, unlimited high-speed 100mbps (WiFi ), a new LG 55" TV (with NETFLIX), Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom features a queen bed and quality linen. Breakfast is provided consisting of cereal, bagels/toast, plunger coffee/ teas and preserves.

Available is a one bedroom apartment located close to One Tree Hill/Cornwall Park. Best suited for two guests. The bedroom can be configured as a king bed or a twin bed arrangement. The apartment is fully furnished. It has an air-conditioning/heat pump unit. There is ample street parking available. You'll be within metres of a bus stop. A 20 minute walk to Mt Smart Stadium and a 2 minute walk to cafes and eateries.
