JÖ apartmán sa nachádza v rušnej časti centra mesta, 5 min. chôdze od Dómu sv. Alžbety, 3 min. od trhovišťa na Dominikánskom námestí, 15 min. chôdze od Železničnej a autobusovej stanice Košice a 15 min. chôdze od Steel Arény. Hostia môžu v využívať bezplatné Wi-Fi a súkromné parkovisko. Located in a historical building where the fine art photographer and painter Imrich Emanuel Roth set up his studio in the early 1850s - the first photography studio not only in Košice, but also in today's eastern Slovakia.
