Impofu Lake Getaway- No Loadshedding.

It is situated 17km(12km gravel road)out of Humansdorp on the R102 on the Imphofo Dam. 20km from St Francis Bay. The house is totally green, solar panels, off the grid and the setting is beautiful. There are mountain bike and off-road running trails, tennis court and mashie golf course in progress. Water skiing possible with guest’s own boat and fishing possible. Its a natural environment with a country living feeling. PS Make sure to do basic grocery shopping ahead of time.

If you're lucky you'll hear the African wood owl at night. Fireflies sometimes light up the forest at dusk, the perfect backdrop for your outdoor braai (BBQ).

Set back 70m from the Keurbooms River lagoon, a five minute walk along the lagoon edge to the ocean/beach, famous for beautiful Pansy shells and the pristine Keurbooms River Sea Bird Reserve. (This beach is NOT safe for swimming)

You also have access to 3 choices of bathrooms, some with outdoor showers and another with a bathtub boasting forest views. Use our clean and well equipped communal kitchen as well as braai areas, a bar, a plunge pool/hot tub, plus some beautiful walks into the forests and rivers.

Great views of the forested hills that surround the valley. A 3 minute walk to the beach - and a 5 minute cycle to the lagoon. Separate granny flat (no kitchen) at the bottom of the garden. A huge variety of some of the area's best nature activities on your doorstep.
