It is part of the "Exochi Traditional Houses", a complex of four independent and fully equipped houses with spectacular sea views.

LIGHT -BLUE MAISONETTE is a three-level house with 3 bedrooms (a twin bed, two single beds, three single beds), 2 bathrooms, one plan kitchen-living room (sofa- bed). It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. On the ground floor level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a living room around the fireplace. You can also enjoy our porch with direct access to our garden. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom and you can relax on our veranda.

Ragoussis Beachfront House

Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!
