Bei mir ist jeder willkommen. Egal, ob Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) mit oder ohne pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

For guests with no or bad reviews a deposit of 200€ is required upon arrival to be returned upon check out if no damage was done. Quite, authentic Spanish neighbourhood with bars and restaurants to try local dishes, tapas and paellas. Pharmacy, supermarket, bus, metro and city bicycle all within 5 minutes of walking.

The flat it’s located in a 13 store building with elevator. It’s a residential area walking distance from Ruzafa neighbourhood. About 10 minutes. The area has free parking on the street.

10 minutos de Roig Arena caminando! Al lado de la estación de trenes (una parada a Malvarosa, al centro), autobús 15 mins al centro, caminando 15 mins a la ciudad de las Ciencias. Taxi del centro €6-9. Cuarto piso sin ascensor, un barrio y edificio muy tranquilo. Si necesitas recoger del aeropuerto, escribeme. OJO!!! Si sois 3 personas preguntadme! Que tengo otra habitación para alquilar, se puede hablar;)
