Tiny 20 square metres studio has everything needed inside, big comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Everything you need just for a weekend trip or for a longer stay. This is not a typical place built for an Airbnb, it has been for family use and you can feel like a local there. Bus stop is just a few minutes away and Old Town is also in walking distance.

Our cozy and stylish 2.-rooms apartment of 50m2 is ready to suggest everything you need for a great vacation&rest: a separate bedroom with a large comfortable bed, an equipped kitchen with all the necessary things for cooking with an access to the balcony. In the spacious living room you can relax on a sofa bed. A bathroom and a toilet room are separate rooms. Next to the apartment you can walk in the green Tondiraba park, do sports, visit KUMU or take a bus to the Old Town. You are welcome!

My place is close to public transport, grocery store, river, pine forest, skiing and running trails in the forest, sea, marina. You’ll love my place because of the fresh air and quiet safe surroundings as it is located in a high valued area while being 13 minutes bus/car ride from the centre. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house. You can also enjoy a private entrance with a small terrace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
