Galway City Centre Stay

n the heart of Galway City, this newly refurbished apartment is located adjacent to Galway's infamous Woodquay, where everything is at your front door. It is one street away from Galway's main shopping and nightlife street. This apartment was renovated in 2019 but as the original building is over 100 years old there were limitations in the level of sound proofing that could be carried out. As a result sound can travel from within the building and from main city centre street.

It is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between guests and door handles/handrails are sanitised multiple times a day. Many of Galway's best restaurants and cafes are in the area, all doing take away menus until they reopen. Take away pints are available around the corner too! Supermarket and Spanish Arch 5 min walk. Self contained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom maisonette located on the Wild Atlantic Way, less than 0.5km from Lahinch town, renowned for it's Golf Course, night life, beach and surfing. This is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Burren and surrounding towns of Ennistymon ,Doolin, Lisdoonvarna, Ballyvaughan, LIscannor and Miltown Malbay. It is just a 10 minute drive to the scenic Cliffs of Moher. Ample parking.

The Mallards

The apartment is attached to our house and has previously been used as a living-space for my sons, who have left home. We have updated the space since and would welcome guests of up to five people. It is best suited for families and close friends as access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. (Your own transport is recommended as we are 2km from Kinvara on a twisty road.)
