Opened for the Solar Eclipse in the area of comple Feel refreshed when you stay in this gorgeous 5th wheel with a full view of our beautiful Lake Champlain! This unit offers plenty of sleeping room (6 beds/ sleeps up to 11)and space to move around! Located in a small quiet park that's only steps from the water where you'll find a rocky beach, beautiful clean water for swimming or a dock to fish off of. We have a grill, outdoor kitchenette and a gorgeous fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment!

Pet friendly, with 32 acres of woodland with trails that will take you to ledges with views of Coon Mt. Easy access from I-87, the Adirondack Northway.

The RV is situated on a scenic, private waterfront property that provides easy access to launch our canoes and kayaks into the river. The guests gain access to the property through a quiet neighborhood, past a farm with an old barn, and down a private right of way.
