Kukuaru 4 väikest majakest asetsevad Pedja jõe kaldal, maagilise vaatega jõele. Kaks maja on ühenduses omavahel suure terrassiga kus saab nautida jõevaadet Siin saab eriliselt puhata loodusega käsikäes. Meil on saun ja ujumisvõimalus. Paadisõit, jalgrattad hinnas. Meil on välikäimla Erilise auraga puhkus Grillimisvõimalus ja lõkke tegemine. Maitsev hommikusöök ettetellimisel lisatasu eest. Lemmikloomad lubatud lisatasu eest Kiire WI-FI. Jalgrattad hinnas. Rongijaam mööda kergliiklusteed 3 km.

Maamaja sauna ja kümblustünniga

Mõnus koht linnakärast eemal nii perepuhkuseks kui ka sõpradega lõõgastumiseks. Kinnistul on suur õueala, mitmed grillimisvõimalused ning veekogud. Cozy private cottage for perfect getaway

This is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway and spending your time in calm and quite solitary place. We have a volleyball-court, darts, barbecue, pond and cottage for you to enjoy included in the fee. In addition, we have private on-site sauna, which can be arranged for a separate fee on the spot. Salumetsa saunamaja

3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

Sobib 2 inimestele, kes naudivad privaatsust looduses ja omaette 30m2 terrassi männipuu all. Hooviala on ligi 10 000m2. Lisainimesed lisatasu eest. Majutus on 100% iseteenindusega ja self-check-in. Sauna kütmiseks kulub ca 1,5h. Joogivesi tasub kaasa võtta. Peale sauna saate nautida värskendavat suplust tiigis.
