The mountains are calling! Escape to our cozy, yet modern, Blue Hour A-Frame located in the rustic AuSable Acres neighborhood. The fenced backyard is carefree for your pups to play in while you enjoy the hot tub & fire pit. Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort is 11 miles/20 minutes away, by way of a scenic notch along the West Branch of the Ausable River. Lake Placid is 20 miles/35 minutes away. Dogs welcome at $75 per dog (no cats, please), per stay, up to two dogs. No cats due to guest allergies.

We are happy to share our vacation home, which we've lovingly prepared to share. Quiet 3 bedroom within a 5min walk to downtown restaurants, coffee, breweries, and shops. There are 2 full baths, dining room with seating for 6, living room (w/fireplace, board games, record player, & a beautiful view of the mountains w/o blinds), fully stocked kitchen (microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, prep utensils). Outside patio with table/chairs/umbrella and coal BBQ.

Recently renovated, it's completely modern and fully equipped with everything you need to unwind after a long-day of fly-fishing, hiking, climbing, canoeing, skiing, mountain biking or just sitting under the trees. Minutes from major trailheads, 13 miles to Whiteface Mt. and only 18 miles to the heart of Lake Placid, it's a great option for you and a couple friends or small family. Sorry, no pets.
