This brand new contemporary cabin brings modern conveniences to the remoteness of the Adirondack mountains. From the heated sidewalk, to the smart appliances and massive window wall, you will be indulging in modern comfort in the seclusion of the mountains. Just minutes from local attractions outdoor enthusiasts will love skiing, snow tubing, snowshoeing, in the winter and golfing, fishing, and hiking in the spring, summer and fall. While we love our furry friends, we do have a no pet policy.

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Comfortable apt. in its own building on 50+ wooded acres near Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Whiteface Mtn. Miles of walking trails. Great road biking. Large, private screened porch; Tempurpedic queen bed; full kitchen, big LR & cozy recliners. We now have covered parking for one car! We are only 20 minutes from Whiteface ski area and nearby hiking and mountain biking trails as well as lakes and rivers for swimming and paddling. There are trails on the property for walking and snowshoeing.

Take it easy at this cozy and tranquil getaway in the woods we call The Little Cabin on Sunset Ponds. This cabin is on 13-acres with two ponds. It is also located right off the snowmobile trails/cross country ski trails in Gabriels, NY. It is fully equipped with everything you may need. Perfect place for a home base while you go on your very own Adirondack adventure. The VIC center is close by, fishing, lots of hiking and paddling… 10 minutes from Saranac Lake 30 minutes from Lake Placid

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Do you love books enough to sleep with them? Step into the Library at Camp Arden, furnished with one-of-a-kind antiques and collectibles. Curl up with your favorite book and take in the light of antique stained glass and the sounds of the Adirondacks gently wafting through the window. Take a paddle on Carpenter Pond with a provided canoe, or snuggle by the fire outside your door by your own fire-pit. No matter what you do, Camp Arden is waiting to help you enjoy the Adirondacks.

The Shepherd's Crook at Blue Pepper Farm

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Enjoy the coziness of the Crook between forays into our north country wilderness! What you will find: adventure, peace, quiet, woodstove, candles, down blanket, fire pit, privacy, composting outhouse, firewood for sale. **Please note there is NO electricity and NO running water. Akin to glamping!
