This apartment is just steps from The Westward restaurant and Seattle’s vibrant Stoneway culinary corridor. A 10-minute stroll along the Burke Gilman Trail takes you to Gas Works Park where you can enjoy full views of the city skyline. And just outside your door you have access to Lake Union for kayaking, paddle boarding, and more! *Please be aware that King County is requiring proof of vaccination or negative Covid-19 tests for entry to many outdoor and indoor events and establishments. Nestled on the north shore of Lake Union, in Wallingford, you’ll find the atelier within easy walking distance of Fremont—a lively neighborhood, bustling with noteworthy restaurants and nightlife. Explore Seattle’s local breweries and distilleries, or check out the Sunday market in Ballard. Outdoor explorers will enjoy easy access to kayaking, paddle boarding, and boat rentals at Agua Verde Paddle Club. I always unpack completely when traveling and I encourage you to do so! South Lake Union (SLU) is the center of Seattle's tech and biotech industries during the day. Have a relaxed evening at a great boutique restaurant or bar. It's walkable in every direction to Seattle's great destinations including the Space Needle. The SLU Seattle Streetcar (inbound) stops directly in front of the building. Hop on and get connected to Link Light Rail all the way to the airport or catch a bus to Capitol Hill, Ballard or Queen Anne. South Lake Union is a hotbed of construction activity and although there is nothing currently happening next to the building, the area is alive with workers during the day. Evenings are quiet and relaxing.
