The Good Life is a family friendly lakehouse that we want to share with you! With Bull Shoals lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. Our lakehouse has 3 BR, 2 BA, sun-room, and wrap around deck that gives ample space for that relaxation you crave. Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come enjoy!

Welcome to your perfect fishing or family getaway! Nestled on the White River, this updated home offers river views and a short walk to the water. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space. Ample parking ensures easy access for boats. Our getaway is convinent to Bull Shoals lake, .5 mile to Lakeview Park, public boat lanch & Lakeview Marina. White River Dam is a mile down Hwy 178. As comfortable as your own home and a cozy living space. Has a perfect circle driveway, great for boats, trailers and many vehicles. A large backyard with a fire pit!

Unit #1 This is Studio unit #1 in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House that sits on the White river between Gastons and the State Park in Lakeview, Arkansas. #1, 2, & 3 have no river view but #4 does. Each room is private with its own entrance and exit like a hotel. You can rent all 4 rooms for multiple families if available. Many rent Studio unit #2 along with unit #1. This unit #1 sleeps 3 comfortably with 3 twin beds. There is also a full bathroom, and kitchen.

The property sleeps 4 and has a king bed in the master, two twins in the low-ceiling loft. The loft requires climbing a ladder.
